The Treatment Process

At Port Gardner Therapy, the focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and realize it is never too late for a happy life. Through teletherapy, we offer a safe space where we will listen to your concerns, and customize a treatment plan that is as individual as you are.

Partnering Together

The Treatment Process

Partnering Together

Your therapist will support you on your journey as you process past trauma and examine current unhealthy patterns. As we partner together, we look forward to helping you overcome obstacles that are keeping you stuck.

About Teletherapy

COVID-19 has changed the way the world does business. Teletherapy is an effective and flexible way for you to engage in private and meaningful conversations with your therapist. Port Gardner Therapy meets you where you are...with flexibility for barking dogs, children, and slow networks!

Areas of Expertise

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Through counseling and treatment, our goal is to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. Partnering together, we work to overcome these symptoms and experience the process of grief and healing.

Relationships

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional connections, in all stages of their relationships.

About Our Location
